Fees, verification & refunds
Everything you need to know before funding a campaign or accepting one.
Platform fee
TrafficVault keeps a 10% fee on each verified subscriber. Buyers pay only the price per sub they set; the fee comes out of the seller payout.
No signup, deposit or withdrawal fees from us. Network fees for USDT transfers still apply.
How delivered subs are verified
1. When a buyer launches a campaign, the full budget (price per sub × target volume) is locked in escrow.
2. Each seller gets a unique tracking link. Every click through it is counted.
3. Sellers report how many subscribers they delivered. Reports stay pending; no money moves yet.
4. Our team reviews each report against clicks and the buyer's subscriber data before confirming. Only confirmed subs are paid out — never more than the campaign's target.
Disputes
If a buyer believes subs are fake, bots, or never arrived, message us on Telegram with the campaign name before the report is confirmed. Pending reports under dispute are held until we review evidence from both sides.
Reports we can't verify are rejected and not paid.
Refunds
If a campaign is cancelled or a seller doesn't deliver, the undelivered part of the escrow goes back to the buyer's TrafficVault balance, ready to fund another campaign.
Subscribers already confirmed and paid to a seller are not refundable.
